Chief Clerk and transmitted to the Senate for consideration.

In the event the Senate fails to concur in the House amendments to                                  
CSSB 363(STA) am, namely:                                                                           
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 363(RLS) am H                                              
     "An Act relating to communications and elections, to reporting of                              
     contributions and expenditures, and to campaign misconduct in                                  
     the second degree; relating to disclosure by individuals of                                    
    contributions to candidates; and providing for an effective date."                             
                                                                                                    
the Speaker appointed the following members to a Conference                                         
Committee to meet with the like committee from the Senate to
